Performance Mortgage Certificate Fund LLC” (PMCF) is a Mortgage Pool offered by Performance Lending & Investments for California Investors who reside in the state of California. The Fund is managed by Perform-ance Asset Management Corporation.

With the capital collected in the Fund, we create Private Mortgage loans secured by Deeds of Trust on Single Family Homes located in the Bay Area that produce high yields for our Investors.

Before the Fund was established, only Investors with enough capital to fund an entire loan (i.e. $500,000 investment needed for a $500,000 loan amount) were able to invest and obtain these types of yields.

Our specific marketplace is residential property throughout the Bay Area. We believe that this is the very best risk/reward scenario available to an Investor seeking passivity and/or diversity.
